Located at 38 NW Davis St., Portland, OR, 97209, Patience’s Cuisine invites you to embark on a culinary journey through the heart of Congolese flavors. Established in 2024, our mission is to bring the rich and diverse tastes of Congo to the Portland community.
Patience’s Cuisine began as a private catering service, sharing the rich culinary traditions of Congo with the Portland community. Our founder, Patience, envisioned a place where people could gather to enjoy authentic Congolese dishes in a warm and welcoming environment. In 2024, this vision became a reality with the opening of our restaurant at 38 NW Davis St.
